Renovations from one room to every room.
Basements, additions, flooring, siding, exterior — managed by one project lead, billed against a single fixed-price contract, finished on a schedule you can plan around.
From a single-room rebuild to down to the studs.
Three different jobs, three different timelines. We tell you which size yours is on the first walkthrough — with a budget bracket in writing.

One room. Cosmetic to structural.
Kitchen, bath, primary suite, basement, garage. Within one room footprint, no whole-house impact. Most projects under permit threshold.
Two to four rooms. Open the floor plan.
Kitchen + dining + family room as one open space. Or primary suite + closet + ensuite. Structural work, full permitting, and a single project lead.
Whole home. Sometimes down to the studs.
Architectural drawings, structural engineering, full mechanical + electrical, complete finish package. Owner can live in part of the house in phases.
Three finish tiers. Three honest budgets.
Most whole-home work mixes tiers: builder-grade in utility rooms, mid in family areas, premium in the kitchen and primary suite. The consult tells you the blend.

Whole-home work, plainly answered.
Can I live in the house?
Single-room and multi-room jobs, yes. Whole-home rebuilds, usually no — we phase the work so you can live in part of the house, or you rent during the loudest stretch.
Do you handle architecture?
In-house for renovations and additions. For ground-up new construction, we partner with one of three local firms. Either way, one team, one set of drawings.
How are budgets locked?
Bracket at consult (free), allowance-based estimate after design (signed), line-item fixed-price contract before construction starts. Change orders are written and signed.
Who’s my point of contact?
One project manager from consult through reveal. Same person on every site walk, on every change order, on every Saturday text.
What about permits and inspections?
We pull every permit, schedule every inspection, and store every approved drawing in your owner portal so you have the paperwork forever.
Do you serve my area?
Howard, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Montgomery counties. Columbia, Bowie, Ellicott City, Silver Spring, Laurel, Crofton, and surrounding communities.
