Kitchens designed for the way you actually live.
From a single-room update to a full layout reimagining — custom cabinetry, stone counters, and the small details that turn a kitchen into the room everyone gathers in.
From a cabinet refresh to a wall-down rebuild.
Most kitchens we touch fall into one of three sizes. The design consult tells you which one yours is — with a real number, in writing, before anyone swings a hammer.

Keep the layout. Replace the surfaces.
New cabinet doors and fronts, new counters and backsplash, new hardware and lighting. Same footprint, same plumbing — in and out in three weeks.
Move a wall. Add the island you wanted.
Layout reconfiguration with new cabinetry, counters, fixtures, lighting, and minor structural work. May involve a permit; we handle it.
Take it down. Build it the way you’d draw it.
Full custom cabinetry, structural work, plumbing relocations, premium appliance package, lighting design. Architectural drawings included.
Three cabinet tiers. Three counter materials.
The numbers, not the showroom pitch. Most Maryland kitchens do well on semi-custom cabinets with quartz — here’s why, plus the upgrades that earn their premium.

Kitchens, plainly answered.
How long does a kitchen really take?
A cabinet refresh runs 2–3 weeks. A layout rework runs 6–9 weeks. A custom build runs 12–16 weeks. The consult locks the exact timeline before you sign.
What’s the budget bracket?
Most Maryland kitchens land between $35k (semi-custom refresh) and $180k (full custom build with structural work). Tier 02 / “Layout Rework” is the most common.
Do you do design and build, or just build?
Both. Our in-house designer handles layout, finishes, and 3D renderings. You can also bring your own designer or architect — we’ll build to their drawings.
Can I keep the existing appliances?
Yes, with caveats. Built-ins (wall ovens, integrated fridges) sometimes drive the layout. We tell you up front if your appliance package limits the design.
What’s covered by the 5-year warranty?
All install workmanship: cabinetry, counters, plumbing, tile, electrical. Material warranties on cabinet boxes and counter materials are separate and typically run 25 years to lifetime.
Do you serve my area?
Howard, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Montgomery counties. Columbia, Bowie, Ellicott City, Silver Spring, Crofton, Odenton, and surrounding communities.
