How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roof replacements take 1–3 days depending on the size of your home, weather conditions, and the complexity of your roof's design. We provide a specific timeline during your free inspection so you know exactly what to expect.
What roofing materials do you offer?
We install asphalt shingles, architectural shingles, designer shingles, and premium roofing systems from GAF, CertainTeed, and Owens Corning. During your consultation, we'll help you choose the best material for your home's style, climate needs, and investment goals.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. We work directly with your insurance company throughout the entire claims process — from the initial inspection and documentation to filing the claim and coordinating with your adjuster — so you can focus on what matters.
What does your 5-year warranty cover?
Our 5-year workmanship warranty covers all labor and installation. If anything related to our installation fails within 5 years, we come back and fix it at no additional cost. This is in addition to the manufacturer's material warranty, which can extend 25–50 years depending on the product you choose.
Do I need a repair or a replacement?
Our free inspection will assess your roof's condition and provide an honest recommendation. Generally, if your roof is under 15 years old with isolated damage, a repair may suffice. If it's 20+ years old, has widespread wear, or has multiple leak points, a full replacement is typically the smarter long-term investment.
