Bathrooms, plainly answered.
How long can I be without my bathroom?
A refresh runs 2 weeks. A conversion runs 4–5 weeks. A spa-retreat build runs 7–9 weeks. We coordinate with neighbors and family for the no-bathroom days.
Do I need a permit?
Only if plumbing or electrical changes location. Tile and vanity refreshes don’t. We tell you up front and pull the permits if needed.
Tile or natural stone?
Porcelain large-format tile wins for most bathrooms — lower maintenance, modern look, lifetime durability. Natural stone is for showpiece walls and primary suites where look outweighs upkeep.
Are heated floors worth it?
In a primary bathroom, yes. ~$1,500–3,000 added, runs on a thermostat, and the cold-tile-in-morning problem goes away forever.
Tub or walk-in shower?
Walk-in shower for primary suites. Keep a tub somewhere in the house for resale and for kids. We help you pick the right room for the tub.
Do you serve my area?
Howard, Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Montgomery counties. Columbia, Bowie, Ellicott City, Silver Spring, Crofton, Odenton, and surrounding communities.
